CUTTING & PREPARATION
Accurate cutting and preparation is the foundation of every quality build.
- CNC Plasma Cutting – In-house CNC profile cutting for plates, flanges, brackets, gussets and complex profiles directly from CAD data.
- Guillotine Cutting – 3-metre guillotine providing accurate sheet preparation prior to forming and fabrication.
- Bandsaw Cutting – Automatic bandsaw for accurate cutting of tube, box, angle, channel and solid sections.
FORMING & ROLLING
We form and roll a wide range of materials to tight tolerances and consistent quality.
- Press Brake Bending – 150-tonne, 3-metre press brake for accurate folding and forming of sheet and plate.
- Plate Rolling – In-house plate rolling for cylindrical and curved components used across tanks, vessels and bespoke assemblies.
- Tube & Section Rolling – Rolling and forming of tube, pipe and structural sections for curved handrails, frames and specialist steelwork.
FABRICATION & WELDING
Skilled fabrication and coded welding, delivering strong, reliable and repeatable results.
- MIG/MAG Welding – Versatile and efficient welding in mild steel and aluminium for structural and general fabrication.
- TIG Welding – Precision welding for stainless steel and specialist materials where quality and appearance matter.
- Assembly & Fabrication – Dedicated fabrication areas and experienced teams producing components, sub-assemblies and complete structures.
IRONWORKING & FINISHING
Versatile ironworking and preparation capability for a wide range of steel components.
- Ironworker – 100-tonne ironworker for punching, cropping and notching with consistent accuracy.
- Drilling & Tapping – Bench and pillar drilling machines for precise drilling, tapping and hole preparation.
- Deburring & Finishing – Component preparation and finishing to ensure quality, safety and a professional final product.
